At BLOX Racing, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new gear doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
